Installation issue.

### Brief description of your issue

The user is a standard user.
UAC is not appearing, and Claude Cowork doesn't work inside Claude Desktop.

### Steps to reproduce

Be a Standard user, install it using winget

### Actual behavior

Claude is installed non-elevated without the Cowork capabilities.

### Expected behavior

If the .exe is executed, an admin prompt always comes and installs the app correctly.
