### Brief description of your issue

Hi all, thank you for KNIME LTS 5.8.2 ([#346548](https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/issues/346548)) available. But there's a newer version for LTS 5.8.3 now and doesn't show up in Robopack and may I know how can you make this available in the repository each time Knime releases a new version rather than having to package it?

### Steps to reproduce

Robopack Instant Apps list only has KNIME LTS 5.8.2

### Expected behavior

All future version of KNIME LTS to be available in winget repo so Robopack will also get it updated.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the existing KNIME LTS 5.8.2 entry from issue #346548 and the repository's process for making newer package versions available. Clarify whether the goal is to add version 5.8.3 or design ongoing automatic updates, then define how completion would be verified in the repository and Robopack.
