[New Feature]: Update spectopo boot for Argente.Utilities

Hello,

I believe the current spectopo boot that runs on Argente.Utilities is not detecting all packages.

At the moment, it only detects Argente.Utilities, but it could also detect updates for:

Argente.DataShredder
Argente.DriveCleaner
Argente.DuplicateFinder
Argente.MalwareCleaner
Argente.RegistryCleaner
Argente.SoftwareUpdater
Argente.StartupManager
Argente.SystemManager
Argente.SystemRepair
Argente.UninstallManager

Since they all share the same JSON response.

On the other hand, I would recommend reducing the number of daily requests from 24 (or more) to just 4 or 6. Instead of checking every hour, set it to every 4 hours.

Locate the spectopo boot entry point and the code that processes its shared JSON response. Verify how package checks are scheduled, then confirm that all listed Argente packages are detected and checks occur every four hours, totaling four to six daily requests.
