### Brief description of your issue

Having OpenJS.NodeJS version 18.10.0 installed when attempting to upgrade no appropiate package can be determined.
Strong matches found for id's OpenJS.Node.JS.18 and OpenJS.Node.JS.22 but not for OpenJS.Node.JS. Unable to upgrade via automated means.

### Steps to reproduce

Have OpenJS.NodeJS version 18.10.0 installed.
Run winget upgrade, no matches found for OpenJS.NodeJS

### Actual behavior

Logs show:
Found multiple packages with strong match fields.
Appropiate available package could not be determined.

### Expected behavior

Expected to find OpenJS.NodeJS 25.8.0 (or higher if released) as an available upgrade.
