### Brief description of your issue

The Installation of TrackerSoftware.PDF-XChangeStandard and TrackerSoftware.PDF-Tools fails due to an installer hash mismatch. This error occurs while running the installation via WinGet.

### Steps to reproduce

### Actual behavior
