Description

### How can we help?

I would like someone else to build the manifest.

### Please read and ensure the following

- [x] The installer meets the above requirements

### Please provide the following information

Download Page Url: https://apps.kde.org/en-gb/kwordquiz/
Publisher: KDE
Package Name: WordQuiz (and/or) KWordQuiz
Description: A general purpose flash card program. It can be used for vocabulary learning and many other subjects. It provides an editor and five different flashcard quiz modes.
Package Version: 1213
Installer Url: https://cdn.kde.org/ci-builds/education/kwordquiz/master/windows/kwordquiz-master-1213-windows-cl-msvc2022-x86_64.exe

Notes from me:
* I would be able to create and submit its manifest myself, but only **if** #323120 was to get resolved first. For KDE packages, it's even more critical than usual that it would get fixed.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the linked prerequisite issue #323120, which the requester identifies as blocking KDE package manifests. Then inspect the supplied download page and installer URL for KWordQuiz. Done means adding a working manifest for KDE's WordQuiz/KWordQuiz package once that prerequisite is resolved.
