Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue with PowerShell using `winget upgrade`, `winget upgrade -u`, and `winget upgrade --include-unknown` for the Steam installation of Warframe. Done means the up-to-date game is no longer reported as an unknown package requiring an upgrade.
