[Move Package]: `PrestonN.FreeTube` to `FreeTube.FreeTube`

The FreeTube authors have requested (https://github.com/FreeTubeApp/FreeTube/issues/2459#issuecomment-3683807462) that the package identifier for `PrestonN.FreeTube` be updated as Preston hasn't been involved in development for a long time and they changed the publisher in the package files 9 months ago to reflect that.

The author in the package files was changed to "FreeTube Team" so simply `FreeTube.FreeTube` would be a sensible new package identifier. This publisher and author change should be reflected in the default locale manifests too.

Search the repository for the `PrestonN.FreeTube` package identifier and inspect its package files and default locale manifests. Confirm that the identifier, publisher, and author values consistently reflect `FreeTube.FreeTube` and `FreeTube Team`, then verify the affected manifests are internally consistent.
