[Package Issue]: Scribus.Scribus - Updating via winget causes software removal issues

Please confirm these before moving forward

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

When upgrading e.g. from 1.6.4 to 1.6.5 removal of the old version is triggered but not finished before the new package is being installed. A popup window stays open.

Steps to reproduce

• Install version 1.6.4
• Upgrade via winget to 1.6.5
• Wait until installation of new version is finished

Actual behavior

• A prompt window opens: "All files from installation directory will be deleted. Do you want to continue?"

Expected behavior

• Either the removal of the previous version should proceed without a prompting window OR
• Winget waits until removal is complete
