Description
Some well-known developer tools have a relatively large number of executables that run and return a non-zero result when no arguments are passed. It's probably worth generating the validation files so these can pass validation automatically.
I'm creating this as a task for myself to track some progress and if additional engineering work needs to be done, it's my reminder to create those issues.
