Description

**SourceForge has recently been added to the WinGet deny list.**

As discussed in the following comment:
- https://matrix.to/#/#Microsoft_winget-pkgs:gitter.im

The main policy concern is that WinGet requires the publisher’s official website to link directly to the installer URL. SourceForge relies on ad-based redirection to fund bandwidth and hosting, which conflicts with WinGet’s direct-download requirements.

Per the policy clarification:

If the publisher’s website does not provide a direct link to the installer (bypassing SourceForge redirects),

Then the affected packages/manifests should be removed from the repository.

This issue is to confirm and track the removal of existing packages that still reference SourceForge installer URLs and do not meet the direct-link requirement.

Research direction

Start with the policy clarification in the linked pull request comment and the Matrix discussion, then audit existing manifests that reference SourceForge installer URLs. Done means removing manifests that fail the direct-link requirement and confirming the remaining package entries comply; the issue does not name affected files or provide a test command.
