### Brief description of your issue

A few months ago I created an issue, because the versions for Hoppscotch were formatted incorrectly: #291445
This issue was 'fixed' without comments, but only for a few specific versions in the repository. The issue still exists for plenty of other versions of Hoppscotch, including all the newer ones.

### Steps to reproduce

Install an older version of Hoppscotch (e.g. `winget install -e --id hoppscotch.Hoppscotch -v 25.1.0-0`)
Run upgrade (`winget upgrade -e --id hoppscotch.Hoppscotch`)

### Actual behavior

No applicable upgrade found.
A newer package version is available in a configured source, but it does not apply to your system or requirements.

### Expected behavior

Update is installed

Start with issue #291445 and reproduce the reported upgrade path using the winget install and upgrade commands for hoppscotch.Hoppscotch, including version 25.1.0-0. Compare the affected package versions and their version formatting; done means newer versions are recognized and the upgrade command installs the update.
