### Brief description of your issue

I have installed the 32bit version of Irfanview 4.72 on two of my x64 Windows systems.
When I use Winget to update it to the current version 4.73 it does not choose the correct 32bit version and replaces the old 4.72 release with it, but installs the 64bit version of 4.73 alongside the 32bit version of 4.72.

Research direction

Reproduce the update on an x64 Windows system with IrfanView 4.72 installed as 32-bit, then inspect the IrfanSkiljan.IrfanView package metadata for versions 4.72 and 4.73. Done means updating selects the matching 32-bit release and does not install the 64-bit version alongside it.
