As @koutsenko notified me of, in [`chidiwilliams/buzz/issues/1303#issuecomment-3636138821`](https://github.com/chidiwilliams/buzz/issues/1303#issuecomment-3636138821), `tree/d8bc5a6e63a0cbc8df511148301d4681e0e59391/manifests/c` doesn't include ≥ V1.3.2.
