[Package Issue]: tesseract-ocr.tesseract / UB-Mannheim.TesseractOCR (Possible duplicate?)

### Brief description of your issue

`tesseract-ocr.tesseract` and `UB-Mannheim.TesseractOCR` seem to be the same program (Having the same package name and all), and both have had a version `5.4.0.20240606` at some point.

The only difference I can find in a real hurry, besides the different InstallerUrl hosting sites, is that `tesseract-ocr.(...)` received one additional update later on that `UB-Mannheim.(...)` didn't.

I will however let you guys make the final calls on it.

### Steps to reproduce

1) Open PowerShell 7.5.4 in Windows Terminal.
2) Run `winget search "Tesseract-OCR - open source OCR engine"`
3) See that there's 2 very similarly looking results.

### Actual behavior

There's a lack of obvious telltales on whether they are different softwares or if they are the same program.

### Expected behavior

Either:
1) The lower-version package among the two (`UB-Mannheim.TesseractOCR`) gets deleted.
2) Someone would attest to if the two packages work differently in any way.
