[Package Issue]: Package.Identifier OpenTTD.OpenTTD

### Brief description of your issue

Winget does not understand (for whatever reason) that the package OpenTTD.OpenTTD is installed from Steam, not from Winget and tries to update. I have to specifically ignore this package.

### Steps to reproduce

Update packages sometimes shows OpenTTD game updates, though it was installed from Steam.

### Actual behavior

Winget shows new versions of OpenTTD, though it is from Steam

### Expected behavior

Winget does not care about games from Steam
