once installed, the package version cannot be determined; it shows as "Unknown"

### Steps to reproduce

winget install ThielickeITSolutions.TIPP10
winget update --include-unknown

### Actual behavior

the version of the installed package cannot be determined, showing as "Unknown"

### Expected behavior

the package version should be detected as "2.1.0", avoiding possible upgrade attempts
