### Brief description of your issue

Attempting to update Bruno from 2.12.0 to 2.13.1 fails with:
```
Installer failed with exit code: 2
```

I suspect this relates to the user folder containing non-ASCII characters such as 'ä'. See #283840, #304194, and ##304195.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Have the letter "ä" in your user folder.
1. `winget upgrade Bruno.Bruno`

### Actual behavior

Installation fails with `Installer failed with exit code: 2`

### Expected behavior

Bruno is updated to the latest version
