[Package Issue]: Adobe.Acrobat.Reader.64-bit

### Brief description of your issue

On Sep 04, 2025 I came across the issue, that winget shows that the upgrade of `Adobe.Acrobat.Reader.64-bit` failed, but when checking the log file `WinGet-Adobe.Acrobat.Reader.64-bit.25.001.20672-2025-09-04-17-36-19.515.log`, to my understanding the installation completed successfully but requires restart of the Windows System.

With this issue I would like to ask you if my assumption is right and if the behaviour can be changed, so that winget shows that the upgrade of `Adobe.Acrobat.Reader.64-bit` was successfully.
