[Package Issue]: Microsoft.Office

Please confirm these before moving forward

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

No applicable update found.

Brief description of your issue

Winget wants to update Microsoft.Office to 16.0.19231.20072, but 16.0.19127.20240 is the latest in Current Channel (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/current-channel). Therefore when running winget update --all, I get the following output:

When I later run winget update, I get the following output:

Therefore Microsoft.Office is not updated (as it should, because I am not in the Microsoft 365 Insider Program).

Steps to reproduce

Install Microsoft Office, then run the commands I presented above.

Actual behavior

An indicated successful update of Office, but there was no actual update.

Expected behavior

Winget shouldn't even attempt to update to 16.0.19231.20072 as this version is not the latest in Current Channel.

Locate the manifest for Microsoft.Office and compare its advertised version and installer source with the Microsoft Current Channel version linked in the report. Reproduce the issue with winget update --all and winget update; done means winget no longer offers or reports a successful update to 16.0.19231.20072 when the installed Current Channel version is 16.0.19127.20240.
