### Category of the issue
Installation issue.
### Brief description of your issue
Running an update on FreeCAD.FreeCAD results in a broken FreeCAD installation.
### Steps to reproduce
Install FreeCAD 1.0.0 manually.
From an admin command line, run
winget update FreeCAD.FreeCAD
### Actual behavior
This is what the console looks like - successfully installed, but is not:
During the upgrade, the old app is first uninstalled and then the new version is installed. In theory all is well, (ignoring the fact that it is a very manual process with installer prompts.)
In the Apps in the Start Menu, there is no app listed:
In Settings/Installed Apps, an entry is present (with broken icon?):
No app files end up in the two locations that reportedly they should be in:
### Expected behavior
An icon to appear and app files

Research direction
Start by reproducing `winget update FreeCAD.FreeCAD` in the listed Windows environment and inspect the resulting installation, Start menu entry, and package directories. Review the package metadata and diagnostic logs under `%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\DiagOutputDir`; done means the update leaves a launchable FreeCAD installation with an icon and app files in the expected locations.
