### Brief description of your issue

There is a Version missmatch for the new Studio Version.

Visual Studio is registered in the System as 17.14.13 (August 2025) .. Winget manifest says only 17.14.13.
So always an Updat information is shown. but there is no update.

### Actual behavior

Always an available update is shown.
