### Brief description of your issue

Jan.Jan 0.6.8

This version is already installed.

Jan.Jan is constantly offered even after letting it install again.

This has been reported for this package several dozen times previously always being fixed in the past.

Please fix it this time so that it doesn't happen again.

### Steps to reproduce

winget Install Jan.Jan
winget upgrade --all

### Actual behavior

Offers the version you just installed.

### Expected behavior

Shouldn't offer an update until the next actual update.
