The PackageUrl putty.org is incorrect, this domain is not related to the PuTTY project. The correct URL is https://putty.software/ which is run by the actual PuTTY team, see https://hachyderm.io/@simontatham/115025974777386803

### Actual behavior

it's the wrong site, not run by the PuTTY project
