[Package Issue]: 7zip.7zip: Installing through winget doesn't add the context menu

### Brief description of your issue

As the title says. It doesn't add the context menus to explorer like installing through the .exe does.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure you have no version of 7zip installed
2. Install 7zip through winget
3. Try to find context menu in explorer right click

### Actual behavior

Context menu isn't enabled.

### Expected behavior

Context menu is enabled after installing.

Reproduce the 7zip.7zip installation with winget on the stated Windows environment, then compare its result with installation through the 7-Zip .exe.
