Once the package is installed, it is no longer detected by Winget as installed.

ARP\Machine\X64\Argente Utilities 3.0

### Steps to reproduce

Install Argente Utilities

Then, check winget list

### Actual behavior

winget list show: ARP\Machine\X64\Argente Utilities 3.0

### Expected behavior

winget list show: Argente.Utilities
