Upgrading `CoderBag.QuickCPUx64` from 4.10.0.0 to 5.1.0.0 fails with error:

### Steps to reproduce

1. Have `CoderBag.QuickCPUx64` version 4.10.0.0 installed
2. Run `winget upgrade CoderBag.QuickCPUx64`

### Actual behavior

Upgrade fails with error above.

### Expected behavior

Upgrade succeeds.
