Description
Hi,
I'm working for Dstny and we'd like to prevent our application to be added to the winget community repository, and that it be placed on the deny list.
Here was a request which was approved (for the brand 3Kontakt in Denmark):
https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/pull/267382
It was then removed in this request:
https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/pull/268407
But we'd like to prevent this to happen again as our application is distributed under multiple brand names, but all versions share the same ProductId.
So it creates update conflicts, where users installed under one brand may receive updates from a different brand.
Please let me know if you need more information.

Research direction
Review the approved winget-pkgs pull request 267382 and its removal in pull request 268407 first. Determine how a package or publisher is placed on the deny list, then confirm that the proposed restriction covers the application's multiple brand names and shared ProductId without causing update conflicts.
