Screaming Frog SEO Spider install via winget fails

### Steps to reproduce

winget install screamingfrog.seospider

### Actual behavior

Attempts to download and then fails with the error :

An unexpected error occurred while executing the command:
InternetOpenUrl() failed.
0x80072f76 : unknown error

A manual download from the URL specified in the manifest file (https://download.screamingfrog.co.uk/products/seo-spider/ScreamingFrogSEOSpider-22.1.exe) succeeds.

### Expected behavior

Should successfully download and install SEO Spider
