[Package Issue]: can't update `MicaForEveryone.MicaForEveryone` to version 2

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

Can't update Mica for Everyone to version 2.

Steps to reproduce

1. winget install MicaForEveryone.MicaForEveryone -v 1.3.1.2
   

2. winget update MicaForEveryone.MicaForEveryone
   

Actual behavior

I get an error: "A newer version was found, but the install technology is different from the current version installed. Please uninstall the package and install the newer version."

Expected behavior

winget automatically uninstalls the previous version and installs a new one if it requires
