[Package Issue]: Anaconda.Miniconda3

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

This item does not configure the PATH variable during installation, rendering it inoperable after installation. Please amend install command with --custom flag, or submit a feature request for winget to update PATH variables itself. I like option 2!

Steps to reproduce

install it

Actual behavior

conda command is not available via command line.
installer completes without path variable being updated.

Expected behavior

conda runs from command line after installation and refreshing environment/starting new shell.
