[Package Issue]: KDE.Dolphin conflicting with DolphinEmulator.Dolphin

• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

With DolphinEmulator.Dolphin (GameCube/Wii Emulator) installed, winget upgrade lists an update for KDE.Dolphin (File Manager).

However, this update pulls from the KDE.Dolphin manifest instead of DolphinEmulator.Dolphin.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Dolphin Emulator

winget install -e --source winget --id DolphinEmulator.Dolphin

2. Check for package updates

winget upgrade

Actual behavior

winget Lists KDE.Dolphin version 24.12.2 as an applicable upgrade from DolphinEmulator.Dolphin version 5.0

Expected behavior

winget should list only upgrades from the DolphinEmulator.Dolphin manifest directory
