Brief description of your issue

With DolphinEmulator.Dolphin (GameCube/Wii Emulator) installed, winget upgrade lists an update for KDE.Dolphin (File Manager).

However, this update pulls from the KDE.Dolphin manifest instead of DolphinEmulator.Dolphin.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Install Dolphin Emulator
winget install -e --source winget --id DolphinEmulator.Dolphin
  1. Check for package updates
winget upgrade
Actual behavior

winget Lists KDE.Dolphin version 24.12.2 as an applicable upgrade from DolphinEmulator.Dolphin version 5.0

PS C:\> winget upgrade
Name Id Version Available Source
--------------------------------------------
Dolphin KDE.Dolphin 5.0 24.12.2 winget
1 upgrades available.
Expected behavior

winget should list only upgrades from the DolphinEmulator.Dolphin manifest directory

Research direction

Reproduce the conflict with the listed PowerShell install and upgrade commands, then inspect the KDE.Dolphin and DolphinEmulator.Dolphin manifest entries involved in upgrade detection. Confirm which package identity is being matched and verify that winget lists only an upgrade from the DolphinEmulator.Dolphin manifest directory.
