[Package Issue]: Hugo.Hugo

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

I am unable to uninstall Hugo.Hugo or Hugo.Hugo.Extended using the winget CLI, which prints the following to the console:

No installed package found matching input criteria.

To uninstall I have to go to "Start > Settings > Apps > Installed Apps" or appwiz.cpl.

Steps to reproduce

winget install Hugo.Hugo
winget uninstall Hugo.Hugo

Actual behavior

Hugo is not uninstalled and this appears in the console:

No installed package found matching input criteria.

Expected behavior

I expected the application to be uninstalled.

Start by reproducing winget install Hugo.Hugo followed by winget uninstall Hugo.Hugo with the reported Windows Package Manager version. Inspect the Hugo.Hugo and Hugo.Hugo.Extended package manifests and their uninstall metadata, then verify that both packages can be removed through the CLI without the “No installed package found” message.
