- I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
- I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue
Winget installation of Citrix.Workspace results in exit code 3010, this is causing the installation to be logged as a failure

Steps to reproduce
winget install --id Citrix.Workspace ( I am using Nerdio for this though)
Actual behavior
Installer exit code 3010 indicates that a reboot is required.
Expected behavior
It'll be ideal of error code is recognised as the installer simply needing a reboot
