[Package Issue]: Adobe.Acrobat.Reader.64-bit

Please confirm these before moving forward

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

When installed manually, it does not associate with its winget ID, instead, when I run winget search acrobat, the ID shows as ARP\Machine\x64\{AC76BA86-1033-1033-7760-BC15014EA700}. I don't know if this behaviour is exhibited when installed via winget.

This issue may also affect the 32 bit package, again, I don't know because I haven't tried.

Steps to reproduce

Install acrobat from adobe's website, then run winget search acrobat.

Actual behavior

Acrobat is shown as having an ARP ID.

Expected behavior

Winget should attach its own ID to it (Adobe.Acrobat.Reader.64-bit).

Compare the displayed ARP identifier with the expected package ID, and verify whether installation through winget produces the same result; done means the matching behavior and affected package scope are established.
