[Package Issue]: Betterbird.Betterbird

Brief description of your issue

When you installed Betterbird anywhere else than the default location and try to update via winget, Betterbird installs itself a second time in the default location instead of updating existing installations. This does not happen if you update Betterbird manually by yourself.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install (an old version of) Betterbird manually by yourself
2. Choose a custom install location
3. Let the setup complete
4. Update Betterbird via winget

Actual behavior

winget installs Betterbird a second time at %programfiles%\Betterbird.

Expected behavior

winget updates the existing installation of Betterbird.
