Please confirm these before moving forward
  • I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
  • I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

While the software can be installed using winget, it cannot be updated, as software is not found afterwards. Just to be clear the software is installed correctly and it runs just fine. The issue is only not being able to update it using winget.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Install MSI.GamingIntelligence using winget
  2. Close and reopen the Terminal (might not be strictly necessary, but it's what I did)
  3. Try to update MSI.GamingIntelligence using winget
Actual behavior

Error: No installed package found matching input criteria.

Expected behavior

Either, the package is updated or the user is told he has the latest version
