Description
In several places, the schema docs currently reference the "Add / Remove Programs" control panel.
However, as of Windows 10 (which is the minimum version required by winget FWICT), that control panel was renamed to "Programs and Features", and that screen specifically is now "Uninstall or change a program".
Moreover, that control panel has been generally superseded by the "Apps > Installed apps" (W11) / "Apps > Apps & features" (W10) screen within the modern Settings app of Windows.
Therefore, I suggest updating such mentions in the docs.

Search the repository's manifest schema documentation for references to "Add / Remove Programs" and read the surrounding guidance. Update the affected mentions to reflect the current Windows Settings and control-panel names described in the issue. Done means the schema docs no longer use the outdated terminology and the relevant references remain accurate.
