Originally was gonna pr at #160411 but i found out that winget currently does not support desktop/start menu entries for portable apps. (https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/issues/3314 and https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/issues/2299)

Either until this feature is added to winget, or if upstream project receives an installer I prefer to keep this as an issue

If either of the above are met I will submit a new pr.

Review the referenced winget-cli issues #3314 and #2299 and the Space Station 14 nightlies download page. The issue is ready for a new manifest submission only after winget supports desktop or Start menu entries for portable apps, or the project provides an installer.
