[Package Issue]: Neovim.Neovim cannot be uninstalled

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

I have installed Neovim.Neovim with winget install neovim. When I try to uninstall it I get the following message:

No installed package found matching input criteria.

Steps to reproduce

Run winget install neovim and then winget uninstall --id Neovim.Neovim.

Actual behavior

winget outputs the following message:

No installed package found matching input criteria.

Expected behavior

Neovim.Neovim gets uninstalled.

Start by reproducing the issue with winget install neovim and winget uninstall --id Neovim.Neovim on the stated Windows environment. Review the linked WinGet log to determine why the installed package is not found; done means the package can be uninstalled using its reported ID.
