Updating Foxit PDF Reader Fails

Brief description of your issue

I installed Foxit PDF Reader, I even uninstalled and re-installed it via Winget. When going to update the app via winget I get "Installer failed with exit code: 1603"

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Foxit PDF Reader
2. Go to update the app via Winget
3. Observe what happens

Expected behavior

I expected to be able to update the app via Winget without issue.

Actual behavior

I receive the error "Installer failed with exit code: 1603"
