[Package Issue]: CocCoc.CocCoc

• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

Failed installation of CocCoc.CocCoc at error 2147747609.
(note: just add self-elevation at #143571, still not working)

Steps to reproduce

Step 1: Run install via: winget install --id CocCoc.CocCoc
Step 2: Installer downloaded
Step 3: Failure!

Actual behavior

Nothing happen, the package is not installed yet, also not running winget as administrator.

Expected behavior

Unless winget run as administrator, expect UAC to popup.
