Research direction

Start with the Microsoft.VisualStudio.2022.Enterprise package data and reproduce the issue with winget list "Visual Studio Enterprise 2022 LTSC" on the stated Windows environment. Trace how the package's servicing channel and available versions are represented, and consider the issue done when updates remain within the LTSC channel while the existing reproduction no longer proposes 17.9.1.
