[Package Issue]: KDE.digikam

KDE.digikam keeps saying 8.2.0 is available, but multiple attempts over several weeks still results in 8.1.0 listing as the installed version.

winget upgrade KDE.digikam

Actual behavior

Update for KDE.digikam keeps listing as available.

Expected behavior

8.2.0 should be installed.
