[Package Issue]: Microsoft.WindowsSDK.10.0.22621 cannot be installed

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

I wanted to install the latest Windows SDK with winget, so I uninstalled the non-winget one and tried. It failed with the error message below.
The predecessor version can be installed no problem, and is uninstalled by winget automatically when I try to install the latest one again.

Steps to reproduce

I executed winget install Microsoft.WindowsSDK.10.0.22621 and granted the request for admin privileges.

Actual behavior

Installation failed with exit code: 2147942487

Expected behavior

Successful installation, just like the predecessor package Microsoft.WindowsSDK.10.0.22000.
