[Package Issue]: HTTPie.HTTPie

• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

httpie doesn't install with winget.

Steps to reproduce

Run winget install HTTPie.HTTPie from unelevated PowerShell 7.4.0.

Actual behavior

HTTPie is not installed and we see the following error:
