- I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
- I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue
Microsoft.SQLServerManagementStudio 19.2 cannot be installed using winget. The installer works fine if downloaded directly from Microsoft.
Steps to reproduce
winget install Microsoft.SQLServerManagementStudio
Actual behavior
Installation closes, and the following error is present in the log:
[AACC:0A74][2023-11-16T13:12:22]i410: Variable: Win10OrWS2016NotSupported = This version of Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016 is not supported. Please upgrade to version 1607 or greater.
Expected behavior
SQLServerManagementStudio installed successfully
