A newer version was found, but the install technology is different from the current version installed. Please uninstall the package and install the newer version.

Steps to reproduce

Install version 1.5.1.1000 and try to update to 2.0.6.1000

Actual behavior

A newer version was found, but the install technology is different from the current version installed. Please uninstall the package and install the newer version.

Expected behavior

Installs new version or does not prompt for an update.
