[Package Issue]: SublimeHQ.SublimeText.4 (Unknown Version Number)

• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

winget upgrade --include-unknown command reports the Sublime Text 4 package has version number that cannot be determined

Steps to reproduce

Simply run a winget upgrade

Expected behavior

It should correctly report the version which has been installed in the system

Sublime text 4 installed version is 4.0.0.415200 which was installed through winget only. It shows version number correctly on search but reports unknown version once installed. This particular version was added through this PR

Start by reproducing the report with winget upgrade --include-unknown and compare it with winget search SublimeHQ.SublimeText.4. Inspect the package version introduced by PR 115248 and determine why the installed version is reported as unknown. Done means the installed Sublime Text version is correctly shown by the upgrade command.
