[Package Issue]: qBittorrent.qBittorrent

Brief description of your issue

Small nit-pick, but whenever WinGet updates I always get jumpscared by "download.exe wants to run as administrator", which looks very ominous and provides very little feedback to what needs administrator perms.

I'd like it changed to the actual filename of the download (qbittorrent_4.6.0_lt20_qt6_x64_setup.exe in my case), or alternatively something the likes of "winget-install" or "qBitTorrent.qBitTorrent" (package ID).

It does not appear to be something related to the metadata of the package, so I'm guessing the client will need to be modified.

Steps to reproduce

Run winget install qBittorrent.qBittorrent

Actual behavior

An administrator prompt pops up asking you to permit download.exe

Expected behavior

An administrator prompt popping up asking you to permit an executable the likes of qbittorrent_4.6.0_lt20_qt6_x64_setup.exe

Reproduce the issue with winget install qBittorrent.qBittorrent and observe the administrator prompt described in the report. No source file or test is named; completion means the prompt identifies the downloaded installer or another useful package-specific executable name instead of download.exe.
